4. Insurance 4.1 You must satisfy the Company on or before the departure date that you have a valid passport and that you are adequately covered by insurance for loss of money, baggage and personal belongings, cancellation or curtailment of your holiday, medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become too ill to continue your holiday; 4.2 You should be aware that the standard insurance cover provided automatically by credit card companies is not sufficient. 5. General 5.1 The Company will use all reasonable endeavours to provide you with the holiday for which you have booked and will pay you reasonable compensations if it fails to do so; 5.2 The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you when the cause of such loss or damage is attributable to you or to any third party not connected with the provision of services or unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company’s control; 5.3 You must at all times during the holiday conduct yourself in such a way as not to commit any illegal act or so as to cause any danger, distress or annoyance to others and if in the reasonable opinion of the Company’s representative you are in breach of this requirement, the Company may cancel your holiday without any refund or liability on the part of the Company; 5.4 The provisions of your Contract can only be waived or amended by mutual written consent and the Contract shall in all respects be governed by English Law. |
