All holidays operated by the Company either directly or through any representative, employee or agent acting on behalf of the Company are provided upon the following conditions:

1. Booking and Transfer

1.1 To make a booking you must send us a signed and completed booking form (as attached) together with a deposit of 10% of the cost of your selected holiday;

1.2 If you make your booking less than 8 weeks before the departure date for your selected holiday, you must send the whole of the cost with your booking form;

1.3 Whilst the Company reserves the right to refuse any booking, the Company will normally send an acceptance of your booking and (if the booking is made more than 8 weeks prior to departure) an invoice for the balance of the holiday cost which must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure.  Your Contract does not come into being until the Company’s acceptance of your booking has been issued;

1.4 If you do not pay any outstanding amount of your holiday cost at least 8 weeks prior to departure, the Company shall be entitled to cancel your booking and forfeit your deposit;

1.5 Whilst you may transfer your booking to another person who meets the requirements of your selected holiday, you must notify the Company in writing of the details of such transfer and pay with such notification a transfer fee of £40.00 (or if the notification is less than 2 weeks before the departure date a transfer fee of £80 will be payable).  You and the transferee will be jointly and severally liable to pay the cost of the holiday and any associated expenses.

2. Cancellation

2.1  Notification of all cancellations must be given to the Company in writing;

2.2 If you cancel your booking after you have paid in full for your holiday, the following cancellation charges will be deducted from your payment and subject thereto the Company will refund the balance:-

 between 43 and 56 days before departure 40% of the holiday cost;
 between 29 and 42 days before departure 60% of the holiday cost;
 between 15 and 28 days before departure 80% of the holiday cost;
 14 days or less before departure or failing to join the holiday no refund will be made.

2.3 If you notify cancellation of your booking more than 8 weeks before departure the Company will not refund your deposit, but subject to availability you may transfer to one of the other holidays in the Company’s programme  subject to the payment of a transfer fee of £40.00 and any additional costs involved;

2.4 In the event that through no fault of its own the Company is forced to cancel or make any major alteration to your holiday, we will notify you in writing of that fact as soon as we can and either give you a full refund if you wish, or subject to availability offer you the chance to transfer (without fee) to another holiday in the Company’s programme, but you must pay any extra cost involved in so doing.

3. Prices

3.1 The prices featured in the Company’s holiday programme are based on costs and exchange rates prevalent on 1st August 2022.  The Company reserves the right to impose surcharges after you have booked to reflect any significant increase in these costs or exchange rates;

3.2 A detailed Trip Dossier is provided with your booking form which will give you the most up to date information about your holiday and will supersede any earlier information you may have had.  It will be part of your Contract, so please read it carefully.

4. Insurance

4.1 You must satisfy the Company on or before the departure date that you have a valid passport and that you are adequately covered by insurance for loss of money, baggage and personal belongings, cancellation or curtailment of your holiday, medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become too ill to continue your holiday;

4.2 You should be aware that the standard insurance cover provided automatically by credit card companies is not sufficient.

5. General 

5.1 The Company will use all reasonable endeavours to provide you with the holiday for which you have booked and will pay you reasonable compensations if it fails to do so;

5.2 The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you when the cause of such loss or damage is attributable to you or to any third party not connected with the provision of services or unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company’s control;

5.3 You must at all times during the holiday conduct yourself in such a way as not to commit any illegal act or so as to cause any danger, distress or annoyance to others and if in the reasonable opinion of the Company’s representative you are in breach of this requirement, the Company may cancel your holiday without any refund or liability on the part of the Company;

5.4 The provisions of your Contract can only be waived or amended by mutual written consent and the Contract shall in all respects be governed by English Law.
